We have a fully-furnished 1st floor flat available for weekly stays in a charming small town near AURAY, VANNES, CARNAC in southern Brittany. Located just 28 km from the seaside, this flat is situated in a beautiful neo Breton mansion surrounded by a park.

The town centre, with supermarkets, doctors, chemists, and banks, is only a 5-minute walk away. The flat is very calm and comfortable, making it perfect for a middle-aged couple or a young couple with a baby in a cot.

Access to the flat is through an independent stairway and entrance, which opens up to a spacious living room with a furnished loggia. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped open plan kitchen featuring modern appliances such as a dishwasher and microwave. All electricity is included in the rental.

The flat offers a large bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a washing machine, and separate toilets. All necessary house linen, including bed sheets and towels, are provided. Private parking is available, and there are garden seats and a BBQ for your enjoyment.

Please note that the flat should be left in a clean and tidy condition, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. Unfortunately, we do not allow animals or smoking. Our hosts are fluent in English and will be happy to assist you during your stay.

Très belle location, dans un environnement calme et très agréable, bordée de belles plantations et de rosiers très parfumés. La location est très bien agencée et équipée, et nous sommes fort bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui se montrent pleins d'attention.

Directions

After passing AURAY, exit road N165/E60 (Nantes-Brest). Proceed along D768 in the direction of PLUVIGNER. Upon reaching the church at PLUVIGNER center, make a left turn onto D102, heading towards LANGUIDIC. The "chemin de Poull Guidec" can be found directly across from the "Gendarmerie."
