Located in the charming old town of Plouharnel, just a short distance from the renowned chapel "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" and a stone's throw away from the coastal path, Laurent Vidal - a talented sea photographer - warmly invites you to experience a delightful stay between the vast ocean and the picturesque Bay of Quiberon.

Situated on the tranquil Rue de la Baie, which leads directly to the stunning Quiberon Bay, the coastal path (GR34), and the captivating oyster farming sites of Kercroc, our guesthouse offers a serene and idyllic setting.

Upon entering the ground floor, you will find our reception area and the inviting breakfast space, which opens up to a spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Upstairs, our guestrooms await you, each equipped with private bathrooms for your comfort:

- The "West" room, a spacious and peaceful attic retreat, offers a delightful west-facing view with glimpses of the ocean and the enchanting Bay of Quiberon. It features a luxurious "King size" bed (180x200) and its own private bathroom. This room can also accommodate an additional bed (90x200). Rates for the West room, including breakfast, start at 90 to 100 Euros per night, with an additional bed available for 30 Euros, including breakfast.

- The "East" room, also located in the attic, consists of two interconnected bedrooms with private bathroom facilities. It boasts a comfortable "King size" bed (180x200) and an additional bed (90x200). Rates for the East room, including breakfast, range from 80 to 90 Euros per night, with an extra bed available for 30 Euros, including breakfast.

Please note that during the months of July and August, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required for reservations. For the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, located in the charming old town of Plouharnel. Situated near the picturesque "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and just steps away from the coastal path (GR34), our villa offers a perfect retreat between the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Rue de la Baie, where the villa is situated, is a peaceful dead-end street that leads you directly to the sea on the Bay side, as well as the Kercroc oyster farming yards. Conveniently, all necessary amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, press stands, restaurants, and bistros are within walking distance.

Our villa has been awarded a 4-star rating in the Furnished Tourism Classification. It is a separate building, independent from the guest rooms, but located on the same premises.

The ground floor features a spacious living room (50 m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower. Upstairs, you will find three double bedrooms with king-size beds (180cm). Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with toilets and walk-in showers, while the third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom (180cm bed and two 90cm beds).

You will have exclusive access to the swimming pool, which is heated to a comfortable 28°C from March to October. The pool has a uniform depth of 2.10m throughout its entire surface (7m x 3.50m). It is covered by a retractable sliding shelter that allows swimming even in mid-season with the shelter closed (compliant with standard NF P 90-309 and secured by a key). The terrace is well-equipped with sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue for your enjoyment.

The garden surrounding the villa is completely enclosed, ensuring your privacy during your stay. There is ample parking space available for up to three vehicles, with the possibility of electric recharge from a standard outlet.

Please note that the accommodation is currently not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

Our price includes all amenities, such as bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, taxes, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Depending on availability, you may also borrow a paddle, surfboard, kayak, or bikes from the guest rooms.

We offer flexible check-in dates, allowing you to arrive on the day of your choosing for a minimum stay of five nights.

Our rates range from 230 to 488 euros per night, depending on the season. We also offer a 10% discount for stays of one week or longer. For a personalized quote, please contact us directly. Deux journées, deux nuit à Plouharnel, près de Presqu'île Quiberon, chez Laurent, ça signifie un séjour extraordinaire dans une maison qui est meublée et aménagée par amour de détail et de très bon goût. Laurent est un homme très aimable et sympathique et il a l'habitude de préparer un excellent petit-déjeuner. Deux fois nous avons été ici et nous espérons de revenir. Merci très beaucoup, Laurent!

Séjour inoubliable au mois d'octobre chez Laurent! Son accueil est réellement très chaleureux et sincère. Sa maison est charmante et joliment décorée. Chambre agréable et confortable. Super petit-déjeuner copieux et varié que nous avons eu le plaisir de partager avec notre hôte.

nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison. Les chambres sont chaleureuses spacieuses, bien équipées. Le propriétaire, photographe, très sympathique qui vous plonge à votre insu dans son univers les bateaux, la mer. Un voyage extraordinaire.

Laurent is the best and his home and room are the absolute nicest we have stayed in during our trip to France. The guest room is incredible, very clean and had a private bathroom. Laurent is a wonderful person to chat with and an amazing photographer as well! I cannot say enough nice things about him and his lovely home. We had a great stay in Plouhamel.
