Situated on Rue de la Baie, a tranquil dead-end street that leads to the bay and the Kercroc oyster farming yards, this villa offers convenience as all necessary amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, newsstands, restaurants, and bistros are within walking distance.

Boasting a 4-star classification in the Furnished Tourism category, this villa is a separate dwelling from the guest rooms but is located on the same property.

The ground floor features a spacious living room (50 m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower.

De l'accueil à notre départ, notre séjour s'est merveilleusement déroulé. La maison est parfaite, propre, fonctionnelle, agréablement décorée. L'emplacement permet de se déplacer à vélo ou à pied pour les courses de tous les jours et de se rendre facilement, en voiture, aux points d'intérêts de la région. La piscine a fait le bonheur de la famille même lors des jours pluvieux où la protection a été bien utile.
C'est un endroit que nous conseillons vivement pour un séjour en famille.
