The Les Grands Marronniers Gite is a recently renovated house that offers the perfect setting for gatherings in France. Whether it's for two or three families or a group of friends, this house provides comfort, stylish decor, and functionality. Additionally, guests can enjoy tranquility in the 700 m2 garden and private, secure swimming pool, complete with parasols and deckchairs.

Located in the charming village of St Mathieu, the house is conveniently situated just 400 m from various shops, including a supermarket, chemist, and two doctors. For outdoor recreation, a 33-hectare leisure lake is only 2 km away.

With five bedrooms and three shower-rooms (each equipped with a large shower, toilet, and sink), the Gite can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. There is also a spacious dining room with seating for 14, a cozy living room with a wood burner, and a fully fitted kitchen complete with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, and a 3-ring gas hob.

From the kitchen and dining room, guests can access the patio area where two tables and eight chairs are available for outdoor dining. Additionally, a large shaded table under a canopy can accommodate up to 15 people, with 18 chairs provided.

The salt-water swimming pool, measuring 12.5m x 5m, includes a paddling pool for children. The pool area is fully enclosed and features an alarm system on the edges to detect any falls into the pool.

Furthermore, the 700m2 garden is fully fenced, allowing children to play securely within the premises.
