Le Moulin de Sansonneche is located approximately 18km south of Aubusson, just off the D982 in the commune of GIOUX. Nestled in the valley of the Gioune river, this property spans over a 12.5 acre/5 hectare plot of land, predominantly covered in enchanting woods. The river flows through the property, creating a tranquil atmosphere. It is situated just ¾ km away from the main road, easily accessible via a charming small bridge over the river Gioune. The Moulin de Sansonneche comprises the owners' accommodation and two independent Gites, both boasting a similar layout. The ground floor spans approximately 40 m2 and offers separate kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the bathroom and three bedrooms, each measuring around 10 m2. In each Gite, there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedded room. Two of the bedrooms offer stunning views of the river and the front of the property.
