Description:

Description for B&B:

La Fount offers two charming accommodations: La Maison and La Grange. La Maison is a beautifully restored traditional stone house with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. It has its own entrance and a spacious private terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture. The house features original stone walls, wooden beams, and authentic furniture, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere. During winter holidays, guests can enjoy the warmth of a wood burning stove. The property is spread over three levels, with the ground floor housing a unique reading room nestled into the mountainside. Additionally, there is a shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet, providing plenty of storage space.

On the first floor of La Maison, guests will find a comfortable kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The room is equipped with a stereo and offers a wide selection of reading material and games. A large, airy bedroom with stunning views of the village tower and the mountains is also located on this floor. The bedroom features a beautiful double bed made of inlaid walnut and a large single sleigh bed. The top floor houses another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

La Grange, on the other hand, is a spacious two-storey building perfect for a romantic getaway for two. It offers a vivid mountain view and a split-level private terrace with its own entrance. The ground floor of La Grange features two sofas, a wood burning stove, a stereo, and a generous collection of books. The kitchen and dining area is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine. Upstairs, guests will find a romantic bedroom with a solid oak double bed, a seating area, a vaulted ceiling with wooden beams, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

At La Fount, our focus is on providing a peaceful retreat, which is why we have a policy of no televisions. The properties have steps and are therefore not suitable for wheelchairs or those with limited mobility. However, children are welcomed and we can provide a cot upon request. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.

Our prices include electricity, all charges, wood for the stoves, luxurious bed linen (excluding the cot), towels, toiletries, a barbecue, a picnic basket, and a substantial starter pack. This allows you to travel light and avoid the need to stop at shops along the way. As an added gesture, we always leave a few complimentary luxuries for our guests to enjoy.
