Description:

Description for B&B:

We have a fully renovated Longère with 1 Gîte and 2 Guest Rooms available for your stay. The Gîte is located next to our house and can accommodate 2 or 4 people. It offers a king-size bed (200x200) on the mezzanine level and a very comfortable sofa bed (160x200) on the ground floor. The Gîte also includes a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the living room, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Our two guest rooms are situated on the first floor of our house. Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet. A delicious breakfast is included with your stay.

Description for Gite

Our gite is connected to our charming Longère "La Cotinière" in a delightful village, conveniently located just 6 km from Nuits-St-Georges and 18 km from Beaune. It is the perfect base for exploring popular attractions such as Clos de Vougeot, the Abbey of Cîteaux, and the Hospices de Beaune.

The gite is directly attached to our main house, but there is a securely locked separation door that ensures your privacy. An independent exterior access door opens up to a fully equipped kitchen area that seamlessly connects to the living room, complete with a cozy Jotul wood stove and fan coil units that provide warmth in winter and cooling in summer.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a luxurious 160 bed, along with a well-appointed shower room and a toilet. The second sleeping area is located on a mezzanine level, featuring a Sofitel king size 200x200 bed. The open loft style design allows the morning sun to flood the space, offering a beautiful view of our garden.

While we are still working on the exterior of our property, it is accessible for you to enjoy. Additionally, if you are traveling with a larger group, we have two guest rooms available on-site, accommodating a total of eight people.

You will have the convenience of parking in our enclosed courtyard and the option to securely store bicycles or motorcycles in our garage. We are also happy to provide you with two classic mountain bikes to enhance your stay.
