This description has been rewritten:Conveniently situated between Niort and Poitiers, and just a short 5-minute drive from a motorway exit, this location is perfect for a quick stopover or a peaceful retreat in the countryside. The bedroom is located on the upper floor of our house, with its own separate entrance. It includes a choice of either a king-size bed (180cm) or a combination of a double bed (180cm) and a single bed (90cm). You will also have access to a kettle, a coffee maker for ground coffee, and a microwave to prepare your breakfasts. As a warm welcome, we provide local biscuits. Additionally, there is a playground and a bowling green available, as well as various nearby walking paths to explore.
