The accommodation includes a double bedroom with an attached bathroom and a twin bedded room. Guests are welcome to enjoy the spacious conservatory, which serves as a relaxing space for reading, playing board games, and even dining. In addition to providing crockery and cutlery, the B&B offers a fridge and microwave for guests' convenience. The property features an enclosed parking area, a delightful garden, and a lovely patio. Please note that this is a non-smoking establishment and does not allow pets.

Reffannes is located on the D938 road, which is 12 kilometers north of Parthenay and 16 kilometers south of St Maixent l'Ecole. To the east, you will find Poitiers, which is 40 kilometers away, and to the south, there is Niort, also 40 kilometers away. The house can be found next to the Post Office on "Rue de la Poste" at the intersection of the D131 and the D938.
