During your stay, you will be accommodated in beautifully restored rooms that have been lovingly maintained. Start your day with a delicious traditional French breakfast, complete with homemade jam. If desired, our hostess can prepare a delectable evening menu using ingredients sourced from our estate garden and regional culinary delights, including both traditional Périgord food and vegetarian dishes. To complement your meal, we offer a selection of quality wines from the surrounding wine-growing regions of Bergerac, Pécharmant, and Bordeaux.

The estate itself is steeped in history, with its foundation dating back to the Middle Ages. As you explore, you'll come across fascinating architectural features such as bow-and-arrow embrasures in the thick walls, as well as beautifully ornate plastered ceilings from the 18th century. Other notable structures, such as a dovecote, well, bakehouse, and Renaissance ornaments, provide evidence of the estate's significance both socially and economically in this historically contested area. Over the years, it served as the home of a bourgeois family of notaries and also acted as a defensive fortress during times of war, ensuring the safety of the local farming community.
