Description:

Description for B&B:

Since 2016, Aurélie has been welcoming guests all year round to a charming, traditional Perigourdine mansion. This historical house was built in the late 18th century. Situated between Terrasson (35 km), Périgueux (25 km), Montignac (20 km), and Sarlat (45 km), you will be in the heart of the main tourist activities in the Dordogne region. The location is also conveniently close to the A89 highway, making it an ideal stopover on your way to your holiday destination.

There are three remarkable and romantic guestrooms available, each one spacious and comfortable. These rooms are accredited by Gite de France (3 épis) and Clevacances (3 clés). Each room can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people and has its own private bathroom or shower room with a sink and toilet. The bedding (160x200) is of high quality, and the extra beds are also comfortable. Each room is equipped with a table, chair, armchairs, wardrobe, and shelves.

On the first floor, two of the rooms share a common lounge area with a TV, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The room on the ground floor has an independent entrance, TV, coffee machine, and kettle. It is also equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility, with grab bars in the walk-in shower and toilet, as well as wheelchair accessibility.

For families with young children, a cot, high chair, bath, and bottle warmer are available upon request free of charge. The swimming pool is open from approximately June 15th to September and is secured by an alarm and fence. The car park has space for three cars and is well-lit.

A delicious breakfast with both sweet and savory options is included in the room rate. The breakfast consists of pastries, bread, cereals, cheese, charcuterie, homemade jam, yogurt, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, ricoré, and chocolate. It is served between 8:00 and 10:00 in the dining room on the ground floor or outside on the terrace if the weather permits.

In the evening, upon reservation, Aurélie offers a traditional Perigourdine table d'hôtes. Alternatively, guests are welcome to enjoy a picnic. There is a toaster, microwave, fridge, and dishes available in the dining room for this purpose.

Appréciations pour Au Pays De Jacquou, Fossemagne:

une belle adresse
Review by: LANGLOIS Marie-Paule, Fev 27 2018 12:47PM
