On the ground floor, you will be enchanted by the romantic ambiance of the COMPANY Board and the authentic atmosphere of the MR Chamber. Each room is furnished with a comfortable 160 cm bed and has a spacious independent bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Moving up to the second floor, you will discover the cozy attic rooms of the house. The COTE GARDEN room is equipped with two 120 cm beds, while the COLONIAL room offers a luxurious 160 cm bed. Both rooms have their own bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Additionally, as a guest, you will have access to the swimming pool on the premises, which is shared with the host.

The charming country cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has been awarded a 3 épis GITE DE FRANCE rating for its excellent facilities and services.

The ground floor features an open kitchen connected to the cozy living room and lounge area, creating a seamless and inviting space.

Upstairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable 140 cm beds, while the other bedroom offers two cozy 120 cm beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom, complete with either a shower or a bath, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.

Additionally, the cottage includes a practical laundry room, an enclosed courtyard, and a lovely private garden that is shared with the friendly and accommodating property owner. For your leisure and enjoyment, you will also have access to a secure swimming pool provided by the owner.

Here are some directions to help you find us more easily:
If you are coming from SAINTES on the A10, take exit No. 35 and then follow the signs for the island OLÉRON for approximately 15 km. When you reach NANCRAS, take a left at the lights and follow the signs for SAUJON - SABLONCEAUX. Continue through SABLONCEAUX and SAINT-ANDRE, and once you are outside the village, take a right at the old mill onto road BERTHEGILLE. Follow the signs for the hamlet of BERTHEGILLE. Our house is located at the west end of town (with a slate roof).
