This spacious house, originally a Benedictine living, has been welcoming guests since June 2007. Located in the heart of the historical neighborhood, just below the Saint Agnan bell tower, this idyllic dwelling offers five guest rooms. The house opens up to a beautiful garden with enchanting views of the Loire river and the Sancerrois mounts. Guests can directly access the garden from the first floor.

Once settled in, guests can easily explore the town and indulge in a delicious meal at one of the nearby restaurants. Each bedroom has its own unique decor, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and toilet. Guests are invited to relax in the sitting-room and library, located in the heart of the house.

Weather permitting, breakfast is served in the garden, providing a delightful start to the day. The fifth room, known as the "bellfry room," offers a private entrance to the garden and features a spacious vaulted bathroom with a large balneotub. From May to September, guests can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool.
