The single-storey house is nestled among towering trees, creating a serene and secluded ambiance. Within the property, you will have access to a private garden equipped with a comfortable rest area, as well as a table and chairs for delightful outdoor dining experiences. Additionally, a barbecue is available for your use.Whether you are traveling by bicycle, motorbike, or car, you can take advantage of the secure private parking area provided.
The accommodations feature three bedrooms for your enjoyment. The first bedroom is a suite, complete with a 160-sized bed, a private shower room, a separate toilet, and direct access to the garden through French windows. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet. One bedroom is furnished with a 140-sized bed, while the other offers two 90-sized beds.
The spacious living room and kitchen area is well-equipped with a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and even a fondue set.
Each bedroom can be rented separately, with a shared kitchen available for communal use.

To reach our house, take the A77 and take the Nevers exit. Our house is situated north of the Loire river, in the direction of Bérégovoy Hospital and Lycée Alain Colas.
