For over 50 years, this family house has remained hidden from view, offering a haven of tranquility and peace. Throughout the decades, it has been lovingly transformed while respecting the integrity of its old stones and materials. Stephan and Julia warmly welcome guests, inviting them to enjoy the spacious accommodations. Whether you seek solitude or are traveling with family, there are five elegant rooms available, including a double room with either a private shower or bath and WC. The spaces provided are tastefully decorated with simplicity, delicacy, and elegance, enchanting visitors. Guests can relax in the large living room by the cozy fireplace, or find solace in the smaller "salon" dedicated to games and reading. A music corner with a piano and other instruments awaits those with a musical inclination. The summer and winter dining rooms, along with the Internet room (equipped with wifi), the expansive terrace, and the park, offer additional spaces for guests to unwind. Soon to be added is a swimming pool for summer 2007. Within the estate, visitors will find a shaded carpark and a covered garage. La Bichonnière boasts a prime location, with proximity to numerous tourist attractions. Vézelay, the abbey of Pontigny, the castles of Guédélon, Saint Fargeau, and Ratilly are all nearby. Adventure seekers will find thrills at the nearby Park of Adventures, while those interested in literary history can visit the Colette museum. Saint-Amand en Puisaye, renowned for its potteries, and the park of Boutissaint, with its collection of wild animals, are also easily accessible. The Lake of Bourdon offers opportunities for swimming and water sports after a scenic cyclo-rail excursion in the vicinity of Toucy, the town of Pierre Larousse. Furthermore, guests can embark on picturesque hikes in the surrounding forests or enjoy a leisurely barge ride along the Yonne or Burgundy canal. quel bel endroit!
la maison est superbe, les chambres très jolies et très confortables . Les propriétaires sont charmants et la propriétés extrêmement bien tenue. Une vraie bonne adresse.

La Bichonnière offre un confort raffiné et de bon gout. Rien n'est
laissé au hasard, les maitres de maison règnent sereinement sur tous les
détails qui peuvent faire plaisir.Voici un 4 épis qui fait honneur aux
gites de France.
