We offer three bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower (120 * 80) and basin, as well as a separate toilet."The Mansard" room is located on the elevated ground floor with a terrace, and it offers a comfortable 160cm bed. Additionally, on the upper floor, there is a private lounge with a television for your convenience.
"The Garden" room is situated on the ground floor with direct access to a terrace, and it boasts a spacious 180cm modular bed.
For families, we have the "Attic" family room located on the upper floor. It features an adjustable 180cm bed and a lounge area. Additionally, there is a sofa bed available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Étape très agréable, très bon accueil de Nadine et son mari. Grande Chambre joliment décorée, belle salle d eau moderne. Petit déjeuner royal tout fait maison, bravo. Je recommande cette adresse, un excellent souvenir.

Directions
To reach our destination, start by taking Exit 22 Avallon from the A6. Once you reach the roundabout, follow the signs indicating Lyon. Continue on the D606 and at the stop, stay on the Lyon/Dijon direction. After traveling approximately 500m, make a right turn onto Etrée. Our location is situated on the right-hand side, just beyond the village exit. If you are coming from Avallon, simply stay on the D606 until you reach Etrée, without diverting towards Magny.
