Our charming cottage, "the Gâtinelle," combines the allure of ancient stones, sustainable construction, and the comforts of a 3-star accommodation. Recently renovated with care and passion, we strive to ensure that your holiday experience is synonymous with tranquility and convenience in a protected environment. Our farm has been organic for over 30 years.Situated in close proximity to renowned destinations such as Parthenay (5 km), a medieval city, Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin, Vendée beaches, and Futuroscope, you will have no shortage of prestigious attractions to explore. Additionally, our region of Gâtine offers a wealth of festivals, hiking trails, swimming areas, and captivating excursions.
Inside our cottage, you will appreciate the spacious and luminous living room that opens up onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of a lush wooded valley. The accommodation features two cozy bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds and a single bed), a mezzanine with a convertible sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, and a lovely garden.
For your children's amusement, we provide a playground with a small above-ground pool, trampoline, swing, and table tennis. Furthermore, I would be delighted to give you a tour of our farm, allowing you and your children to participate in the milking of goats and discover the secrets behind our cheese production. It's a wonderful opportunity to create lasting memories with your family.
