'Beautiful 7-person mountain chalet available for vacation rentals in a residential neighborhood with stunning mountain views. Located in the village of Arinsal at an altitude of 1500m, just 250m from the cable car station. Free bus service is available 150m away, and the 1st ski slopes are just 500m away with parking available. The chalet is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and pubs in a peaceful residential area with a charming wood and stone exterior.

The ski resort Arinsal Vallnord Pal and the hiking trail Coma Pedrosa GR are easily accessible from the chalet. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including skiing, hiking, walking, swimming, visiting the recreation park tree, exploring Naturlandia, mountain biking, tax-free shopping, and relaxing at the Caldea GR. All of these activities are conveniently located near the chalet.

The chalet itself measures 290m2 and features a large garden and a swimming pool with water source (available from July 1st to September 15th). There is also a double barbecue for summer use. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner vitroceramic stove, pyrolysis oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. Various glassware is provided, including water, wine, champagne, and digestive glasses.

The dining area has a table that can accommodate 8 people, and the living room boasts a fireplace, glazed windows with access to the terrace, garden, and pool, a TV, WiFi, and a library with books and board games. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the chalet.

The first bedroom is for 2 people and features a 140cm bed, an en-suite bathroom, a double balcony, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is also for 2 people and has a 140cm bed and a balcony with a wardrobe. The third bedroom can accommodate 2 people and includes a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children, an en-suite bathroom, and storage space. Upstairs, there is a very spacious bedroom for 4 people with a 140cm bed, a 90cm bed, and 2 additional beds, as well as double wardrobes, an attic, and a terrace with a mountain view.

All of our rooms are prepared for your arrival, with bed linens and towels included. The bathroom amenities are provided, and firewood is available and charged based on usage.'
