Embark on a new adventure with us, as we venture into a new chapter of our lives after establishing two renowned theme restaurants in Paris and Burgundy. In 2005, we made the decision to acquire our family home and return to our roots, leaving behind a 30-year career in the preservation industry in Paris. Specifically, we were the proud owners of "Bourguignon du Marais," a restaurant we founded in 1992, which is now under the excellent management of Philip Lalot. We take great pride in its continuation and the selection of Burgundy wines featured on the menu.

Today, following some renovations to enhance our wine offerings and create new facilities for your comfort, we warmly invite you to our estate for an unforgettable and delightful experience of discovery.
