We offer a cozy bed and breakfast experience in a stunning detached house, nestled in the tranquility of the mountains at an altitude ranging from 3500m to 600m. Situated between the captivating blend of the sea and the mountains, our location is just 20kms away from the vibrant city of Nice and in close proximity to the enchanting Mercantour National Park. With the picturesque towns of Cannes and Menton within easy reach, our bed and breakfast provides an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas. Each of our rooms boasts a private bathroom and WC for your comfort and convenience. Our common room features a welcoming fireplace, as well as a television, DVD player, and stereo system. You can also relax on our terrace, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture. Parking is available for your convenience, and we happily welcome dogs. There are numerous fortified medieval villages to discover in the vicinity.

Charming 40m2 house with two levels in the historic fortified village of Berre Alps. Situated in a tranquil area, enjoy breathtaking mountain views. Located at an altitude of 700m and just 20km away from Nice, this property is conveniently nestled between Cannes and Menton. The Parc du Mercantour is also within close proximity.

The first level features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and an attached shower room. On the second level, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, and a cozy fireside lounge area with a TV, DVD player, and HiFi system. The house also offers a charming independent vaulted cellar balcony measuring 25m2.

The weekly rental prices range from 250 to 390 euros, and linen is provided at no additional cost. Additionally, dogs are welcome to stay.

Directions

To get to the destination, follow these travel directions: From CONTACT, take Exit A8. At the second traffic light, turn left onto No. 55 NICE. Continue on this road and take the highway towards TALES / SOSPEL. Keep driving on the highway until the end, which is approximately 9 kilometers. At the last roundabout, turn right towards The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS. Follow Highway 2204 for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE." At "COL NICE," make a left turn onto R & D Management 215. Continue for 3 kilometers to reach "path Meingarde." Take a right onto "Way of Meingarde" (dead end) and follow the sign. Drive all the way to the end of the road and turn left onto the square. The destination is the first house on the right with a black wrought iron gate.
