Located just 2km away from the village, this property offers breathtaking panoramic views and a serene natural surrounding that allows guests to escape from the noise of cars and neighbors. Instead, they can immerse themselves in the soothing sounds of nature.

The property boasts a spacious swimming pool, partially designed with a stylish infinity style.

There are two independent B&B units available. The first unit, called "Lou Castellas," can be accessed via an external staircase on the first floor of the Villa. The second unit, known as "Les Lucioles," is a standalone Annex-Maisonette. Each unit can accommodate up to four people and features a private bathroom/toilet, TV, universal satellite receiver (Astra), fridge, and complimentary WiFi. Linen is also provided for guests' convenience.

Additionally, each unit has its own outdoor space with a garden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing. "Les Lucioles" even offers the added bonus of an external covered fully equipped kitchen.

The village of Breil sur Roya is situated in France, near the renowned Park Mercantour and close to the Italian border. It is only 20km away from the coast and its beautiful beaches, as well as 35km from the stunning ski resort of Limone in Italy. For those preferring public transportation, there is a train station in the village, offering connections to Nice in France, as well as Cuneo and Ventimiglia in Italy.
