Located on a spacious property, the Moulin de Saint-Germain is situated near a picturesque trout stream on the edge of a beautiful forest. The Miller's Cottage is a charming detached house with an adjoining barn, occupying the old miller's residence opposite the landlord's mill. The cottage spans two floors, with the ground floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly opens up to the living area. On the first floor, there is a cozy bedroom with two beds measuring 120cm, accompanied by a spacious bathroom complete with a toilet. The second floor boasts another bedroom adorned with a 140cm bed, a 120cm bed, and a 90cm bed. The cottage offers both electric heating and wood (available at an additional cost of 35 euros per cubic meter). A large open garden graces the riverbanks, although it should be noted that it is not protected. Convenient parking facilities are also available. Additionally, we provide a smaller cottage measuring 35m2, suitable for 2 to 3 individuals. This cottage is located in the adjacent barn on the first floor, featuring a generously sized room with a comfortable 160cm bed.
