We offer the rental of guest rooms with breakfast included. Discover our selection of 4 elegantly furnished rooms, all equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The Marans Room features a spacious 180cm bed, while the Faverolles Room offers a cozy 140cm bed. For a larger group or family, the Gâtinaise Room provides a comfortable 180cm bed and the Wyandotte Family Room includes a 180cm bed and two additional 90cm beds.

All of our guest rooms are equipped with essential amenities such as a hairdryer, toiletries, towels, and WIFI access. If you require individual beds, please specify your preference during the booking process (except for the Faverolles Room). Additionally, we provide a complimentary baby cot for those traveling with infants.

Outside, our guests can enjoy a delightful enclosed courtyard exclusively reserved for their use. It is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, although you will need to bring your own bag of charcoal. Please note that a tourist tax of 0.88 per person per day will be applicable.

Check-in time is from 5 p.m. onwards, while check-out is required by 10:30 a.m. to ensure a smooth transition for incoming guests. Continental breakfast is included in the room rate, offering a delightful start to your day. For those looking to enhance their breakfast experience, we also provide the option to reserve a charcuterie/cheese board for an additional fee of 30 for two people. Kindly notify us at least 2 days in advance to avail this service.

COTTAGE RENTAL FOR 10 PEOPLE

Discover our spacious cottage that can accommodate up to 10 people. The large living room, measuring 60 m2, features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. We also provide various documents to help you explore our beautiful region.

Upstairs, you will find four tastefully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The bedrooms include the Marans Room, Faverolles Room, Gâtinaise Room, and Wyandotte Room.

The capacity of "LaKey des Champs" is ideal for groups of 10 people, with three bedrooms accommodating two people each and one bedroom accommodating four people. Please let us know if you prefer individual beds when booking (except for the Faverolles room). We also offer a complimentary baby cot upon request.

Outside, our guests have exclusive access to an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal provided). It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy outdoor meals.

The price includes bed linen, cleaning services, and electricity consumption of up to 8kWh per day. Please note that a tourist tax of 1.65 euros per person per day and towels (5 euros per person, upon request) are not included.

For heating, we provide a pellet stove with one bag per night. An additional bag is available for 6 euros in case of overconsumption.

Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. If you require a late departure until 6 p.m., please inform us in advance so we can arrange it for you (additional charges apply).

We warmly welcome well-behaved and clean pets. A supplement of 5 euros per animal per day will be charged.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un week-end agréable, proche de Beaune. Accès facile et nuit au calme malgré la proximité de la route.

If you are coming from Paris or Lyon, take the Beaune center exit and at the first roundabout, make a right. At the second roundabout, make another right and continue for 6 km on the D973. Look for the second house on the left after passing the 70km/h sign.

If you are coming from Seurre, simply stay on the D973. After passing the 70km/h sign, you will find the first house on the right after the intersection.
