Located in the city of Guérande, known for its rich history and art, Annex 43 is conveniently situated only 800 meters away from the city center. It is the perfect accommodation option for those wanting to explore the medieval walk.Annex 43 offers a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as dishes and utensils. The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a TV. There is also a dining area for enjoying meals. The bedroom boasts a cozy 160 bed, and the bathroom is equipped with a spacious Italian shower, basin, and a hair dryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for convenience.
Outside, guests have access to a terrace and a garden furnished with outdoor seating and deckchairs. A plancha is also available for outdoor cooking. For added convenience, a parking space is provided, and guests can enjoy access to wifi throughout their stay.
Annex 43 is open year-round, making it suitable for weekend getaways, overnight stays, or longer vacations. Small pets are welcome upon request, and during the months of July and August, a minimum stay of 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday is required. The property also accepts holiday vouchers as a form of payment.

gîte accueillant, propre et bien équipé
Séjour en août 2016. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gîte pratique (linge, meubles, vaisselle) et décoration agréable ! Seul bémol : la chambre avec vélux reste chaude la nuit (moustiques). Solution : dormir dans canapé du RdCh :-)

C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir, surtout pour l'excellent accueil de Serge & Franck. propreté des lieux & calme sont 2 atouts pour se reposer et il y en a d'autres.
