This carefully furnished and functional two-room apartment measures 30m² and is suitable for accommodating four people. It is conveniently located in the peaceful center of Pornichet, between the captivating sea views of the port and beaches, the lively market, and the bustling shops.The apartment features two convertible sofas that easily transform into comfortable and high-quality beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. The bathroom has been recently renovated and includes a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and electric dryer.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a sink providing hot and cold water, a three-burner hob/oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a complete set of cookware. Additional amenities include an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a television.
In the vibrant town of Pornichet, there is an abundance of cultural, sporting, environmental, and culinary activities to suit all interests. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, you are sure to find something that captures your attention.
