Le Carriere the Bishop is a grand 19th-century residence constructed using locally sourced cut stone. What truly astonishes is the vast courtyard, around which this historic episcopal farm is built. On one side stands a 13th-century barn, while on the other side are three 19th-century barns divided into distinct modules. The spacious courtyard spans an impressive 3000 square meters and features seven entrances adorned with remnants of the old quarry stone. Additionally, there is a delightful enclosed garden covering 500 square meters, and a fully furnished terrace that offers a tranquil setting to savor the scenic views.
