This newly built single-storey house is situated in a spacious enclosed garden at the entrance of a charming small village. The house features a large living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and another bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with three single beds and a trundle bed, along with a shower room and a separate toilet. The house is equipped with electric heating, a laundry room, a dishwasher, and a tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a flat-screen TV and the option of requesting a cot free of charge.Outside, there is a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. The garden also includes a playground for children. Bed sheets, towels, and linen are provided at no extra cost. Pets are accepted upon reservation, and there is a closed parking area available. The house is open year-round for guests to enjoy.
Mariol, located at the foot of the mountain Bourbonnais, is a picturesque village situated 15 km away from Vichy, a renowned spa town. Gîte de bonne capacité pour 6 personnes. Toutefois la propreté laisse largement à désirer et laccueil nest pas leur point fort

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour se soit déroulé dans les conditions que vous décrivez. Nous sommes d'autant plus surpris que notre gîte, en activité depuis 10 ans, a toujours fait l’objet de retours positifs jusqu'à présent. Il est regrettable que vous n'ayez pas échangé avec nous, habitant sur place, afin de trouver des solutions.
