Come and relax at this charming house and barnyard situated on 6 hectares of land in the forest. Located 1.5 km from the village center, 20 km from the beaches, 20 km from Dax (the first spa town in France), and 3 km from the A63 (connecting Bordeaux and Spain), this is the perfect getaway. Catherine will be there to warmly welcome you upon arrival.

There are three bedrooms available, each equipped with their own bathroom and toilet facilities. The yellow room features a double bed (160 cm) and two single beds. The blue room offers a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds. Lastly, the green room provides a double bed (160 cm) and one single bed (for children only, with a maximum length of 160 cm).

Guests have access to a shared lounge area with a TV, as well as WiFi throughout the entire house. A separate entrance ensures privacy during your stay. Breakfast is served in the dining room, and in good weather, can also be enjoyed outside.

The property also offers garden furniture, a barbecue, and games for children, including a swing. There are numerous sports and cultural activities to participate in, such as canoeing and kayaking on the Palue, hiking on walking trails, biking on the path to the beach, horseback riding in Lit et Mixe, playing tennis, visiting the library, watching movies in the cinema, and attending themed evenings organized by the town. The room rate is 60 euros per night for one or two people, with an additional charge of 16 euros per extra bed. Breakfast is available for 7 euros per person.

Welcome to our charming "Landaise" house, where guests have their own private access to a cozy common lounge equipped with a TV. Our accommodation offers three comfortable rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and WC.

Surrounded by a beautiful 6-hectare park, our property provides the perfect atmosphere for relaxation in a tranquil setting. If you're interested in exploring the picturesque pine forest of the area, you'll be delighted to know that walking trails start right from our doorstep.

In our garden, you can take advantage of the barbecue facilities, let the kids have fun on the swing, and relax in various areas furnished with garden furniture.

Ne vous attendez pas seulement à séjourner dans un cadre époustouflant... Vous serez, en plus, reçus avec toute la chaleur et l'humanité si caractéristiques à la propriétaire de ce lieu exceptionnel !

C'est avec un sourire franc et authentique que Catherine vous accueillera, en se montrant toujours aux petits soins. Le mariage parfait d'une constante prévenance à une discrétion sans faille. Elle aime les gens, elle aime recevoir et c'est manifeste à chaque instant !

Vous logerez dans l'une des 3 charmantes chambres, propices à un séjour en couple comme en famille, à l'étage desquelles se trouvent à votre disposition un salon avec TV, frigo et tout le nécessaire à la détente... Même si les 6 hectares de (sublime) terrain vous pousseront inévitablement à vivre dehors, entourés de chevaux et des compositions florales qui nous ont émerveillés tout au long de notre séjour.

Ne passez sous aucun prétexte à côté du petit déjeuner composé des confitures et miel faits maison, celui-ci vous sera servi, toujours dans la bonne humeur, à l'ombre de la terrasse dominant le parc... En un mot : FONCEZ !

Ancienne ferme landaise dont la propriétaire a su conserver l'authenticité , l'âme et le charme ...en pleine campagne...lieu très ressourçant où les chevaux galopent en liberté. ..
Excellent accueil de la propriétaire qui a su nous faire partager tout l'amour qu elle porte à ce lieu
Chambre très romantique joliment décorée
Petit déjeuner copieux avec de très bonnes confitures maison et un excellent pastis landais
