This 90m² conditioned house features 3 bedrooms and is newly renovated, located in a very quiet area. The Bédinière is a charming half-timbered house, open since December 2012 and classified as 3 ears. It is an emblematic representation of the Sologne region, situated within 5 kilometers of Chambord Park and in close proximity to other famous castles of the Loire such as Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, and Beauregard.

The area is perfect for cycling enthusiasts, with biking plains available for exploring the beautiful region of Sologne, including the Castles Cycling Tours and La Loire by bike routes. The cottage is also conveniently located near Center Park and the stunning Beauval Zoo at Mont-près-Chambord, where you can enjoy swimming and wildlife observation.

The cottage is situated 700 meters from a typical Solognot town and is set on a spacious plot. It comfortably accommodates 6 people, with the possibility of hosting up to 8, thanks to its 3 independent bedrooms with large beds.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming dining room with a farmhouse table and a lounge area, complete with a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people. The room features a flat-screen TV, characteristic Sologne beams, and an oak staircase. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, and various small appliances. The bathroom on this floor boasts 2 natural stone sinks and a large shower, with a separate toilet. Another bedroom with beams, a double bed (160), and a closet is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160), a wardrobe, and a TV. The third bedroom offers 2 single beds (90) that can be converted into a double bed (180), as well as a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom on this floor, featuring a natural stone basin and toilet.

The house offers free Wi-Fi and a welcome box of regional treats. Bed sheets are provided free of charge, and towels can be provided at a rate of 5 euros per person per stay. Cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee of 50 euros.

Outside, you can enjoy a large table with chairs and armchairs, situated under the shade of trees, perfect for enjoying meals and aperitifs in a peaceful setting. A barbecue is also available for your convenience.
