Welcome to our spacious house that can accommodate up to 9 people. This three-story house boasts approximately 40m2 on each floor, and the top floor even offers a lovely roof terrace. Additionally, the ground floor features a separate studio and a backyard with a sunny southern exposure.

The main house, with a maximum capacity of 5 people, is spread across two floors and has its own entrance, loggia, and roof terrace. On the first floor, which spans around 40m2, you will find three bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a double bed and double doors that open onto a loggia/balcony at the front of the house. Another bedroom offers two single beds, while a smaller bedroom has a single bed. This floor also includes a bathroom and a convenient washing machine.

The top floor of the main house boasts a spacious living room with an open kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. The high, open-beamed ceiling adds a touch of charm to the space. From the back of the living room, double doors open onto a French balcony, while sliding doors from the kitchen lead to a roof terrace with a built-in barbecue. From this delightful patio, you can catch glimpses of the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea through the trees in the nearby park.

In addition to the main house, we also offer a guest apartment that can accommodate 2-4 people. This apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance. It features a generous studio layout, including a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The apartment also includes a separate kitchen and dining room, with a door leading to the south-facing garden. Here, you can enjoy wonderful breakfasts or dinners under the blooming bougainvillea.

As an added bonus, the beach is conveniently located just 250 meters from our front door.
