Description for B&B:

Located just 6 km from the gates of Agen, on the outskirts of the charming village of St-Cirq Colayrac, sits a beautifully restored character house. Marie and Marc Anthoine warmly welcome guests to their meticulously renovated home, which they have personally decorated with care. Spread across two levels, the house offers four spacious bedrooms, including two family rooms and two suites, each complete with its own bathroom and toilet. The common room, where guests can enjoy a cozy breakfast by the fireplace during winter, also provides access to a shared kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and hotplates. Relaxation and conviviality are guaranteed, with the option to use the available internet, computer, and printer (wifi is also available in the rooms). For those seeking entertainment, there is a selection of books and games. During the summer months, guests are invited to unwind in the garden, which includes hammocks and relaxation areas, as well as a terrace and a 10mx4m communal swimming pool (1.40m deep, equipped with an alarm). Marc-Antoine, an avid cyclist, is happy to offer advice on nearby cycling routes and paths, including scenic walks along the canal and hiking trails. Please note that there is a local tax to be paid upon arrival.

Directions

After passing through the village, head towards Bordeaux. Soon after you see the sign for "Colayrac st Cirq" blocking the way, you will find the house 100m ahead on the right. Look for a hairpin turn and take it. The entrance to the house is just before the "Espoir FM" radio station. You will notice a suspended sign that says "Gîte de France" in front of the house.
