Welcome to our property! We invite you to stay in our peaceful, comfortable, and inviting family suite measuring 75 m². This suite consists of two bedrooms, accommodating up to four people.In Leonard's room, you will find a spacious bed measuring 180 cm. Alicia's room offers a cozy bed measuring 140 cm and an additional corner bed (90x180) suitable for a child under 12 years old.
The suite also includes a shared bathroom and toilet, a living room with a library, a dining area, and an office space. Additionally, there is a lovely terrace spanning 40 m². You will have an independent entrance, allowing you complete freedom of movement.
For your convenience, we provide secure parking in our enclosed courtyard. Breakfast will be served in the family dining room or on the terrace, depending on the season and weather.

Welcome to our charming cottage, nestled within the rustic ambiance of a century-old house. Experience the tranquility and serenity of the countryside, as this cottage truly embodies its spirit.This delightful gîte, awarded with "3 stars in furnished tourism" by the Prefecture of Vienne, offers utmost comfort and convenience. Spanning across 100 m² on two levels, it is conveniently situated near the owners' house and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room and a fully-equipped kitchen/dining area, covering a generous 36 m². Additionally, there is a convenient toilet on this level. The kitchen opens up to a charming 30 m² terrace, partially covered, that overlooks the garden. Here, children can enjoy the playground with a porch and slide.
Moving upstairs, you'll discover a 20 m² bedroom with a luxurious 160-sized bed, as well as a 21 m² bedroom equipped with a 140-sized bed and two 90-sized beds. Furthermore, there is a well-appointed shower room and a separate toilet. An additional 30 m² terrace, located upstairs, serves as a private solarium, offering stunning views of the courtyard and garden - the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
For your convenience, we provide a secure garage for your car and/or motorcycle, as well as bicycle storage in a covered area. The entire property is enclosed, ensuring your safety and privacy throughout your stay.
