Embrace the opportunity to unwind on our expansive 12-acre property, indulge in leisurely strolls, embark on invigorating bike rides, or even partake in pony trekking adventures. Ample space is available for sunbathing, and there is a designated area for playing bowls. Additionally, parking facilities are provided for motor-homes.

The converted barn comprises a cozy living room with two sofa beds, a bathroom featuring a shower and toilet, and a charming mezzanine bedroom with a comfortable double bed, accommodating up to six guests.

Travel Directions:

By car: Take the A28 from Rouen towards Le Mans-Tours. Take Exit N° 25 and N° 26 for Ecommoy Château du Loir / Le Lude.

For Exit 25: Follow the signs towards Lavernat. After driving 7 km through the forest, turn left at the stop sign and drive through the village. On the right, take Route du Ponceau (V8 - Vaas). After 3.5 km, turn right onto a paved road and continue until you reach your destination.

For Exit 26: Follow the signs towards Lavernat. Before entering the village, take Route du Ponceau and follow the directions mentioned above.

By road: Take the E502/N138 and head towards Château du Loir and Lavernat. Follow the directions mentioned above.
