Our prime location also grants direct access to a myriad of activities, including the beach and Mediterranean Sea, renowned wind and kitesurf spots, invigorating biking and hiking trails, exhilarating horseback riding, and the opportunity to explore the castles, merchants, and artisans of the surrounding villages of the Aude. Positioned between the cities of Narbonne and Perpignan, just a stone's throw away from Leucate and a mere 45 minutes from Carcassonne, our guesthouses offer comfortable accommodation for up to four individuals. Each guesthouse features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi access, a refreshing bathroom with a shower, convenient parking facilities, and a private garden adorned with a pergola, hammock, and pool for ultimate relaxation.

By car: Our location is 2km away from exit 40 on Highway A9.

Take Highway A9 heading towards PERPIGNAN/BARCELONA and exit at 41 FITOU/LEUCATE.

After the exit, make a right turn towards FITOU/PERPIGNAN on the national 9.

Take the first right turn towards CAVES, then immediately turn right again towards LEUCATE.

Proceed to the first street on the right (Chateau Les Fenals), and after 500m, turn left towards Mas des 4 Vents.
