Welcome to Le Petit L’Ormet**Bedroom:** Experience comfort with a queen-size bed featuring a freshly washed mattress protector. Stay cozy with a 220 x 240 cm duvet, cotton blanket, and quilt, complemented by four 65 x 65 cm pillows. The room includes a wardrobe with hanging space, two chairs, a luggage rack, and two bedside lamps. Enjoy natural light through the east-facing, double-glazed window with double curtains and shutters.
**Living Room:** Relax in the library corner with Wi-Fi access. Gather around the round table with four chairs, illuminated by a floor lamp. Step out to the east-facing garden through a door or enjoy the view through the double-glazed windows with shutters.
**Kitchen Area:** Equipped with a west-facing window, the kitchen offers a washing machine, dishwasher, single-bowl sink, four ceramic hobs, and an electric oven. A fridge-freezer, kettle, electric coffee maker, microwave, and Nescafé-type espresso machine are provided. The kitchen is well-stocked with crockery and utensils for four people. Waste sorting is encouraged, with containers provided. Cleaning products for all your needs are available, along with a vacuum cleaner.
**Entrance/Living Room:** Unwind on the two-seater sofa while watching television. This space features a double-glazed French window with shutters.
**Bathroom:** A compact bathroom includes a shower stall and toilet.
**Garden Spaces:**
- **East Garden:** Enjoy stunning views towards Charroux with tables and chairs for four, two deckchairs, a parasol, and a charcoal barbecue. The garden is unfenced, with livestock nearby depending on the season.
- **West Garden:** This area offers a parking space and a table with chairs for enjoying a sunset drink. Your bikes are secure in the garden, and additional storage can be arranged if needed.
Please note that Le Petit L’Ormet does not accommodate pets and has unfenced gardens with livestock nearby.
**Access:** Avoid getting lost in the quaint village of Valignat, with a population of 70. Le Petit L’Ormet is located outside the village on the D183, between Valignat and Veauce.

Directions
To get to LOrmet, you can access it via the A71 motorway. Take the A719 junction towards Vichy and then take exit 13 Ebreuil right after the toll. From there, follow the signs to Ebreuil and then Vicq. Continue straight towards Bellenaves and when you reach the top of the hill, make a left turn on D183 just before the village of Valignat (do not go into the village). LOrmet will be located 1,500m on the right.
If you are coming from Gannat, simply follow the signs to Ebreuil and then follow the same directions mentioned above.
For those coming from St Pourçain, follow the signs to Chantelle and then Bellenaves. Continue until you reach St Bonnet de Tizon. Go over the level crossing and at the very top of the hill, make a right turn on RD183, right after the road to the village of Valignat (do not go into the village). LOrmet will be located 1,500m on the right.
If you are coming from Gannat, simply follow the signs to Ebreuil and then follow the same directions mentioned above.
