We have a spacious triple bedroom with a beautiful garden view, as well as a comfortable double bedroom. Additionally, there is a single sofa-bed that can be placed in either of the bedrooms, and we can provide a cot if needed.

The bathroom is large and equipped with a toilet, washbasin, bathtub, and shower. We also offer the convenience of a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Our location offers a peaceful environment while being conveniently close to the town center. You can easily walk to various amenities such as a butcher, bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, bank, café, restaurant, and post office.

Lanvollon is just 8 km away from the beach in Plouha, and a short 12 km drive will take you to Saint Quay Portrieux, where you can enjoy another beautiful beach, a harbor, and even a casino.

Please note that our loft is part of a larger property with two other rentals. We kindly ask that you respect the tranquility and activities of the other guests when using the shared areas such as parking, garden, and swimming pool.

Directions

To get to the destination, start from Saint Brieuc and head towards Lanvollon. Once you reach the center of Lanvollon, proceed straight through the roundabout. You will find Rue Fardel on your left, and the destination is located at numbers 25-27.
