The Boisseau rural cottage is located in southern Burgundy in the Morvan Regional Park, just 17 km from the Gallo-Roman city of Autun and 50 km from the wine capital of Beaune. This charming property is a former stone-built farm from the 17th century and is a perfect example of rural Morvan architecture. It is an enchanting destination for nature lovers, situated on a hillside with stunning views of Mont Beuvray (Bibracte), showcasing the beauty of the Haut Morvan region.

The rural cottage, which has been awarded a 3-star rating, can accommodate up to six people and is located on the first floor above the owners' own apartment. The cottage offers a spacious living area of 125 m², including a 30 m² bedroom with a double bed, a 16 m² bedroom with a double bed, and a 17 m² bedroom with two single beds. There is a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine, television, and telephone service.

All necessary bed linens and duvets are provided, and baby facilities are available. The cottage also includes a garage for convenience. Outdoor facilities such as chairs, a sun umbrella, barbecue, and plenty of space for outdoor games are available for guests to enjoy. The property itself spans 1.2 hectares (3 acres) and includes a main house, two barns (one for car parking), an old bakers oven, a well, a trough, a grass court, a meadow, a large orchard, and a kitchen garden. Domestic pets are welcome.

As part of the rental, two adult mountain bikes are provided for guests to explore the natural beauty of the Morvan countryside, which offers numerous marked routes. Additionally, internet access is available for guests' convenience.
