Mountain Lodge with 19 beds situated in the tranquil village of ECOLE, nestled within the breathtaking Natural Park of Bauges. This lodge serves as a convenient stopping point for hikers on the GR "Tour des Bauges" and is the perfect starting point for various walks and hikes. For three decades, Denis and Solange Regnaud have made this place their home, passionately sharing their love for the Bauges and mountains. They warmly welcome both groups and individuals, offering a range of amenities and experiences such as hiking, gardening, botany, woodworking, music, and indulging in delicious meals made from wholesome and organic ingredients. Guests have the option to either prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy breakfast and dinner provided by the lodge.

Directions

The destination is located approximately 35 km from Aix-les-Bains and Annecy, and 45 km from Albertville and Chambery. To reach it, you will need to take the following roads: D911, D912, D906, and D5.

If you are coming from Annecy, you should take the A41 highway and exit at Aix-les-Bains Nord (n°14). If you are coming from Grenoble, take the A43 highway and exit at St Pierre Dalbigny (n°23).

Alternatively, you can also reach the destination by train. There are TGV stations at Aix-les-Bains, Chambery, and Annecy, as well as a station at Saint-Pierre l'Albigny.
