le lieu est reposant, car très au calme. Il s'agit d'un studio. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi par les propriétaires, on se débrouille seul chez soi. Le studio est suffisamment spacieux pour quelques jours. Il dispose d'une kitchenette pour les repas. L'accès à la maison, se fait par une pente carrossable mais très raide.
L'accès à la piscine idem, par une échelle-escalier. Le jardin qui entoure la maison est très restreint et très vert. Défaut, le studio Saint Martin à la vue en grande partie sur le petit bassin, mais surtout sur les voitures, jusqu'à 6 véhicules stationnés à environ 10 mètres des fenêtres. J'avais lu un commentaire indiquant, que le terrain était boueux, il est vrai que l'allée qui conduit à la maison se termine en terre et du coup à la moindre pluie ça glisse et que; l'accès à la piscine étant au même endroit ...!! le terrain de la piscine est également en herbe et très en dessus de la maison, la totalité du terrain étant tout en pente. Après notre passage, nous avons signalé qu'il manquait quelques petits équipements, dans la cuisine : un couvercle pour le micro-ondes, des crochets pour torchons et serviettes, et j'ai oublié une petite planche à découper, et des coupelles. Dans la salle-de-bain, des patères pour les peignoirs (non fournis) à côté de la douche, et une étagère plastique dans la douche pour poser les produits d'hygiène. La porte d'entrée avait quelques soucis pour la fermer. J'espère que ceux qui s'y rendront prochainement, trouveront ces nouveaux équipements pour un séjour agréable sur, mais plus pratique.
