Description for B&B:

Queens Escape, located in Martel, France, is a charming bed & breakfast and wedding venue. Situated in the picturesque Château de La Tuilerie, a historical castle built in 1820 by a former mayor of Martel, this enchanting establishment offers a unique experience. Its name, Queens Escape, pays homage to the Belgian Queen and royal family who sought refuge here during WWII, while the king resided in a separate château. Just as it provided an oasis of tranquility during that time, Queens Escape continues to offer a serene haven away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Stepping onto its grounds is like stepping back in time, where the vast open spaces afford you the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate.

The theme of royalty is woven throughout the castle, with each guest room named after a great queen. Among them are Margrethe, the Queen of Denmark; Eleanor of Aquitaine, a former queen of both France and England; Catherine the Great, the illustrious leader of Russia; Cleopatra, the legendary Queen of the Nile; and Himiko, the former ruler of Wa (now known as Japan). Additionally, a Queen Elizabeth II bridal suite will soon be available, adding to the regal experience.

To embark on a royal getaway at Queens Escape, visit our website at https://queensescape.com and secure your stay.
