Welcome to Chez Providence Rooms and Table d'hôtes + Studio. We offer 5 beautiful bedrooms, perfect for couples, families, and groups, with private bathrooms. Additionally, we have a vacation studio available.Our location is in a picturesque and peaceful medieval village nestled in the heart of the Montagne Noire in Cathar Country. Here, you can explore Cathar castles such as La Cité at Carcassonne, Lastours, Saissac, and Hautpoul, as well as preserved villages. Enjoy hiking in the surrounding forests or take a refreshing swim in the nearby lakes. It is truly a calm and unspoiled region.
The guest living/dining room opens up to a sunny terrace, providing a panoramic view of our tranquil and sunny garden and the beautiful valley of the river Dure.
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, a courtesy tray, heating, and air conditioning. Breakfast is included in your stay.
For dinner, we invite you to reserve a table d'hôtes experience. The price for dinner is 32 euros per person, with children under 12 receiving a half-price discount. On Christmas and New Year's Eve, the dinner price is 70 euros per person, again with children under 12 receiving a half-price discount.
We also provide a kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, and a sewing kit, allowing you to prepare snacks at your convenience.
Our rooms can accommodate 2 to 6 additional beds per room, at a cost of 22 euros per bed. We offer one free cot for children under 3 years old, subject to availability and room selection.
The price per night is based on double occupancy. The number of guests per room varies, depending on your room choice.

- La Chambre Orchidée: A cozy bedroom with a private bathroom, perfect for 1 to 2 people, priced at 75 euros for 2 people.
- La Chambre Chinoise: A room with a view and a shower room, accommodating 1 to 4 people, priced at 85 euros for 2 people.
- La Fleur de Lys: A suite with 2 bedrooms, ideal for couples, families, or friends. It offers a private bathroom and can accommodate 1 to 6 people, priced at 85 euros for 2 people.
- La Chambre du Château: A romantic and peaceful room with a shower room, a lounge area with TV, and a sunny furnished private terrace. Suitable for 1 to 2 people, priced at 95 euros for 2 people.
- Le Studio du Château (vacation studio): A calm and romantic retreat with a lounge area, TV, shower room, and a private furnished sunny terrace. Perfect for 1 to 2 people, priced at 335 euros per week for 2 people, including 1 baby bed.

Welcome to The Studio Chateau, a charming self-catering garden level accommodation perfect for up to two people, including a baby. This unique studio boasts an abundance of character with its exposed stone walls, high ceiling, and beautiful wooded floor.Enter the studio through a private and sunny terrace, complete with a table and chairs for you to enjoy a delightful al fresco dining experience.
Inside, you'll find an open and spacious room that combines a comfortable bed area, a cozy lounge with a TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The studio offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, allowing you to relax and unwind during your stay.
A set of slate steps will lead you to a luxury tiled shower room, featuring a double sink, a large mirror, and a refreshing, spacious shower.
As our guest, you will also have access to the communal sunny garden, which is shared with our B&B guests. This garden is equipped with sun beds, a table, and chairs, providing you with the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings.
Please note that the minimum stay at The Studio Chateau is two nights, priced at €180. For a three-night stay, the rate is €215, while a four-night stay is priced at €245. If you wish to extend your stay to five nights, the rate is €275, and for six to seven nights, the cost is €305. Each consecutive week after the first is priced at €305.

My wife and I recently stayed in the Chambre de Rose which was comfortable, well appointed and with good en-suite shower. Had optional dinner - good honest regional cuisine, beautifully cooked.
Directions
To reach our location, follow these travel directions: We are located approximately 20 minutes away from both Mazamet and the Carcassonne airport. Start by taking the D118 road and continue on this route until you reach Cuxac-Cabardès. Once you enter the village, turn onto rue de la Poste and then onto rue de la Piala. Our place is situated on the right-hand side, specifically at No. 9.
