Room prices for 2008 are as follows:
- Family Room: £70.00 for 2 adults and 2 children
- Double Room: £50.00
- Twin Room: £50.00
- Single Room: £30.00

To secure your booking, a ten-pound deposit per room is required. You can make the deposit payment on our secure server through our website: http://www.centralguesthouse.com. Please note that if you pay with a debit card, an extra 3% will be charged. We do not accept payment by cheque.

We have a 5-day cancellation notice policy. If you fail to cancel within this period, the full amount for the booked room(s) and day(s) will be charged.

If you made the booking through an agency, you must cancel with them directly. Failure to cancel with the agency will result in being charged the full amount for the booked room(s) and day(s).

Payment for the room(s) should be made upon arrival by cash or credit card. We do not accept cheques.

The room rate includes a full or vegetarian breakfast.

To reach Central Guesthouse from Birmingham International Airport or International Railway Station, you can take a black cab taxi or the 900 bus, which runs every half hour. When on the bus, ask the driver to inform you when you arrive at the Swan Centre. We are a short walk down the road from there.

If you are driving, you can reach the guesthouse by taking junction 4 of the M6 or junction 6 of the M42, heading towards Birmingham International Airport. Follow the directions provided on our website for more details.

To get to the guesthouse from Birmingham City Centre, take the 58 or 60 bus. The bus stop is located near Marks & Spencer’s Store. Ask the driver to inform you when you reach the Swan Centre Yardley.

There are several local attractions to visit, including Blaksley Hall, Sea Life Centre, Cadbury World, Drayton Manor Park & Zoo, The Old Black Country Museum, Warwick Castle, and Stratford upon Avon. Central Guesthouse Access Introduction:

We strive to accommodate the needs of most visitors in our 5-bedroom guesthouse, which is located in a converted residential property. However, please be aware that there may be some limitations due to the building's original design. The following information provides a summary of our accessibility features. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at Tel: 0121 7067757.

To access the guesthouse, there are two large 7" steps leading up to the front porch, followed by another 7" step into the hallway.

All bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. Access to the first-floor bedrooms requires climbing 16 steps to reach a small landing. Second-floor bedrooms are reached by an additional 15 steps and another small landing. Please note that there is no lift available.
