This independent apartment, situated at the bottom of a villa and accessed by stairs, boasts a 40m² terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the plain.Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. The kitchen is stocked with crockery for 8 people and all necessary kitchen utensils. Additionally, the linen is provided for your convenience.
Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a hard barbecue and comfortable garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. You can also take advantage of the pétanque space, with balls and jacks provided for your entertainment.
The cottage offers a peaceful and natural environment, with stunning panoramic landscapes and opportunities for hiking. The beautiful beaches of Porto-Vecchio are only a 30-minute drive away, while the historic town of Bonifacio is also just a 30-minute drive. The nearby towns of Figari and Pianottoli, with their amenities such as shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, are only 12 minutes away.
The apartment itself features a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet. Shampoo and soaps are provided for your convenience. The living room, measuring 15m², is equipped with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a HiFi system that can be controlled via Bluetooth to play your favorite music.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment, both measuring 9m². The first bedroom is equipped with three single beds, including two bunk beds, as well as a wardrobe and storage space. The second bedroom features a double bed, a large closet, and a satellite TNT TV. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have access to the terrace.
A parking space is reserved for guests, and the household cleaning is included in the rental. The owner lives in the upper part of the villa and will be attentive to your needs while ensuring your privacy and tranquility.
