With all modern amenities, a parking space, and a private garden, this villa offers utmost comfort.Featuring two bedrooms, one with a standard size double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a king size bed (180x200cm), a lounge, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a bathroom with a shower unit and a separate WC, a veranda/dining room, a terrace, a barbecue, a laundry room, and air conditioning, this villa has everything you need for a delightful stay.
As a tenant, you will have access to the shared tennis courts and swimming pool, adding to the enjoyment of your stay. By car: Take the motorway A9 and then continue on route nationale N116 from Perpignan. As you approach Prades, follow the signs for Prades centre and continue until you reach the Hôtel de Ville. At the route de Ria, a long straight road with plane trees on the left side, drive for approximately 200m and then turn left into a narrow road between the Senioriales and the Hôtel de Ville.
From Andorra: Take the N116 road to the entrance of Prades. After passing the Lidl supermarket, turn right and continue for about 500m. Then, turn right onto a small road.
By plane: The closest airport to Castell Rose is Perpignan, which is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Alternatively, Gerona airport is located about 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
By train: The Prades train station is just 1 km away from Castell Rose and offers connections to main train lines in Perpignan.
