Welcome to our countryside retreat where you can immerse yourself in the simple pleasures of nature. Although we don't have TV, we do provide WiFi so you can stay connected if necessary. Our property boasts a vast expanse of 12,000 sqm filled with majestic trees that are over 100 years old. Depending on the season and time of day, you may have the chance to observe rabbits exploring our garden, a timid deer, ducks, pheasants, and occasionally our migratory stork.We offer two fully private and comfortable bedrooms in a beautifully restored building. Breakfast is served in a communal room, but you are welcome to enjoy it on the terrace or in the shaded lawn of our park if you prefer.
Don't worry about feeling isolated or bored during your stay in the countryside. We are located less than 15 minutes away from the stunning beaches of the Côte de Jade, and you can also explore the scenic Loire region by bike. For the more adventurous, Saint-Viaud offers a unique lift-water experience on the Loire-Atlantique. Furthermore, as residents of this historic region, we are well-versed in local attractions and can provide recommendations for family-friendly parks, tourist routes, and excellent dining options.
Our room rates are 60 per night for 1 or 2 people, and 75 for two people with a child under 12 years old. We also offer a discount of 55 and 70 for stays longer than three nights. Please note that the child's age is less important than their size, as our bed width is 80 cm.
Rest assured that our guest rooms are fully compliant with legal regulations, and our prices include a delicious homemade breakfast, high-quality linens and duvets, as well as provided towels.

Excellent accueil
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans les chambres d'hôtes des trois étangs en avril 2019. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil remarquable de la propriétaire. Les chambres sont très agréables et calmes. Nous recommandons.
