With each season bringing its own unique charm, this tranquil retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Located just 5 minutes away from the popular resort of LA 17570 PALMYRA, its famous zoo, and the sandy beaches of Pine Forest, this detached single-storey house offers a clean and clear living space of 55m2, ideal for a couple. The gite features a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with a 140-sized bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a terrace with a lovely garden where you can relax on the provided chairs and garden furniture.The rental is clean and comfortable, offering amenities such as a fridge-freezer, oven, rotisserie, new 4 burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV. Heating is also available. You can conveniently park your car on the property through a private entrance. All necessary shops, markets, and restaurants are within close proximity. Additionally, there are cycling tracks just 200m away from the house and bike rentals approximately 500m away.
For added convenience, bed linen and beds can be rented and made upon arrival. Please note that in this type of rental house, guests are responsible for their own meals, cleaning the premises, and bringing their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and kitchen supplies.
Please be aware that the bedroom is non-smoking and, due to hygiene and allergy reasons, pets are not allowed. Private parking is available for cars and bicycles.

Cadre tranquille et convivialité
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez nos hôtes. La chambre est très soignée et au calme. Nous avons été tout de suite mis à l'aise par nos hôtes qui étaient toujours disponibles et très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner : un vrai délice, notamment et surtout les gâteaux confectionnés par Joëlle ! Merci à vous et nous retenons votre adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Directions
To travel along the Atlantic coast, you have a few options. Firstly, you can head towards LA ROCHELLE, and from there, continue towards Ile d'Oleron, Marennes, and Tremeirchion. Alternatively, you can choose to go to ROYAN. Another route is to go through SAINTES, and then follow the signs to Saujon and Les Mathes. If you prefer to take the highways, you can follow the SAINTS, PONS, and MIRAMBEAU route, which will take you via BORDEAUX.
