Looking for the perfect holiday cottage in Guadeloupe? Look no further! Lamatéliane Estate is a delightful destination for families, couples, or friends, just a stone's throw away from the National Park. Situated in an ideal location, you can easily explore both Basse Terre and Grande Terre without having to travel long distances from your accommodation. Surrounded by picturesque banana plantations, sugar cane fields, and pineapple farms, Lamatéliane Estate offers a green oasis and ensures a comfortable, serene, and independent stay.

Our Caribbean holiday area, recommended by Routard and Petit Fûté since 2008, features four charming wooden cottages inspired by Creole architecture, nestled within a lush 3000m² garden. This seaside haven of peace and relaxation is fully soundproofed and double glazed. Each cottage boasts a kitchen that opens onto a terrace, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a ventilated and air-conditioned living room that doubles as a second bedroom with three single beds plus one or two single sofa beds, a TV and DVD player, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Our cottages can comfortably accommodate between one and five people, including families with babies, as we provide a complimentary full kit for them. The decor is characterized by bright, warm colors that beautifully capture the charm of the Caribbean.

Each cottage also features its own private covered terrace (20m²) that connects to the kitchen and living room, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The estate also offers a sunbathing area with a secure deck, a hut, and a swimming pool for your ultimate relaxation. We provide free access to a BBQ, WiFi, and private parking, and there are shops conveniently located nearby. Linens are provided, and each cottage has its own washing machine. Cleaning services are available upon request.
