On the ground floor, there are two large rooms with an open kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a spacious living room equipped with two large TV screens. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed. There is a conveniently located shower room and toilet adjacent to a two-bedroom suite, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. Outside, there is a beautiful 8 x 4 x 1.3-meter swimming pool with a diamond tip, enclosed by a fence and access gate. The nearest shops are approximately 3.5 kilometers away, with the shopping area in Montelimar city center about 11 kilometers away. There are plenty of recreational activities nearby, including tennis, golf courses, pony clubs, rivers for canoeing, caves, the stunning gorges of Ardeche, a crocodile farm, pottery studios, charming hilltop villages, olive groves, lavender fields, and vineyards of the famous Cotes du Rhone wine region.

garderons un très bon souvenir de cette maison d'hôte et de sa propriétaire.Cette maison est pleine de charme , de calme, de dépaysement, mais aussi d'originalité pour qui voudra bien écouter les histoires de renard, de grenouilles, de sangliers, de vers à soie...de Mme Gonnet . Nous y étions avec deux jeunes et un ado et franchement, pour une fois nous avions une très grande chambre; l'anné prochaine, c'est sûr nous y retournerons!!
