Description for B&B:

Welcome and greetings,

I am thrilled to invite you to my recently built house in Boucau, featuring a serene, green, and flower-filled garden.

Please note that this announcement only offers rates for the months of July and August. The prices mentioned are per night and apply to each individual room.

Our location offers convenient proximity to various attractions, including:
- A bus stop nearby
- Bayonne city center and train station just a 5-minute drive away
- Beautiful beaches only 10 minutes away
- Biarritz airport reachable within 20 minutes
- And Spain is just a 25-minute drive away

As your host, I am more than happy to provide you with information about this stunning region and assist you with any tourist-related inquiries to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Now, let's talk about the rooms. Upstairs, I have 3 pleasant and comfortable bedrooms available. Each room is fully equipped with a shower, sink, television, and high-speed fiber internet connection. Allow me to introduce them:
- The SECRETS bedroom (Room #1, decorated in blue) features a spacious 160 cm bed and offers a view of the garden.
- The DREAMS room (Room #2, adorned in golden hues) offers a cozy 140 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the garden.
- The TALES room (Room #3, designed in grey) offers either two 80 cm beds or a combined 160 cm bed.

Please note that the room rate is based on double occupancy (maximum of 2 people per room). You have the option to book 1, 2, or all 3 bedrooms, accommodating a total of 6 people.

Rest assured, I provide fresh linens, towels, and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, there is a tumble dryer and washing machine available on-site for an additional fee.

The bathrooms are shared among guests, and the entire accommodation is non-smoking (smoking is permitted outside). Regrettably, pets are not allowed.

Some important details to keep in mind:
- Please be aware that the entire house is not available for rent.
- For stays in July and August, a minimum of 2 nights is required, or you can also opt for a weekly rental. Monthly rentals are only possible from September to June.

Regarding meals, you have the option to bring your own breakfast. However, I do offer a delicious breakfast for an additional fee of 7 per person (advance reservation required). The breakfast includes coffee, tea, herbal tea, or hot chocolate, along with rusks or brioche, butter, jam, and fruit juice. Please note that breakfast is the only meal provided on-site.

Now, let me share some exciting features of your stay:
- You will have the pleasure of enjoying a one-hour session in the private spa (only available for guests staying in Room #1 or Room #2). This includes a refreshing bubble drink from the Champagne region, your choice of tea or fruit juice, and some delightful treats.
- As a special welcome offer, you will receive a 10% discount on treatments at the nearby massage and well-being salon. For more information, please visit the Bulle d'Eden website.

Some additional information worth mentioning:
- If you are interested, we can arrange outdoor activities upon request, such as Qi Gong lessons, Tai-Chi-Chuan, hikes, or surf lessons.
- You will find tourist guides and board games at your disposal to enhance your experience.
- Parking is available in front of the house for your convenience.

Just a friendly reminder: the rates mentioned are per room, and a minimum stay of 2 nights is required (maximum of 2 people per room).

I look forward to welcoming you soon!
