Welcome to the peaceful Roseraie, where we invite you to stay in our two guest rooms and enjoy our table d'hôtes. Located in Montipouret, between Seas on Indre and Sarzay, just 10 km from Nohant and La Châtre in the beautiful Vauvre Valley. Our charming accommodation is situated in the heart of the Black Valley, near the Angibault mill.Breakfast is included in the price, which starts at 62 euros per night for a room. There is a supplement of 15 euros for a third person sharing the same room. For solo travelers, the rate is 56 euros. Bikers with motorcycles can enjoy a discounted rate of 55 euros, and pilgrims also have the option to be dropped off in Sarzay. We offer special rates for stays of six or seven nights, priced at 372 euros and 434 euros respectively.
If you choose to dine with us, we provide a delicious meal for 26 euros per person (reservation required). Children up to 10 years old can enjoy a reduced price of 18 euros. Our rooms are equipped with a double bed and either a single bed or a cot for families. You can also relax in our small garden or enjoy our on-site games, books, and internet connection.
There are several affordable and charming restaurants just 4 km away for lunch. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails and various sites to visit. We are happy to accommodate your furry friends, subject to certain conditions (please inquire).
Please note that we do not have disabled access. Check-in time is at 6 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. We speak both French and English to cater to our guests' needs.

Once you reach the village of Sarzay, follow the signs towards Mers-sur-Indre. After traveling for 4 km, you will come across a threshold panel. Take the first left turn, which is about 200 meters away.
When you reach Mers-sur-Indre, continue for 3 km in the direction of Sarzay. Look for the 5th road on your right, which is where you need to turn.
